para.sonic RAVE

"experience" and "understanding", articulated in different aesthetics, are manifested in soundbased acousmatique and arbitrary computermusic.
Para sonic uses the natural causality of sound/rhythm and physiological "movement", highly presented in techno-music, to generate artifical structures of pure computermusic: a dancer is moved by the vibrations of techno and the resulting movements generate the structure of computermusic. A lecture performance in the www generalizes the two kinds of human perceptions to methods of generating knowledge. As pure music this new media is based on "understanding" therefore music is considered to be a model of media arts.
